Refund policy

There is no general statutory right of withdrawal for orders. However, Evim GmbH voluntarily grants a right to return goods within 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods.

The return period is 14 calendar days from the delivery of the goods. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. No restocking fee will be charged.

1. Unopened items

  • Return possible within 14 days after receipt;
  • The goods must be unused and in their original packaging;
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer;
  • Refund of 100 % of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs;
  • Returns are processed within 2 to 3 working days;
  • In the case of refunds made by credit card or PayPal, a 3 % chargeback fee may be deducted.

2. Opened items without signs of use

  • Return possible within 14 days after receipt;
  • The item must be complete, clean and undamaged;
  • There must be no signs of use;
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer;
  • Refund of 80 % of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs;
  • Returns are processed within 2 to 5 working days;
  • In the case of refunds made by credit card or PayPal, a 3 % chargeback fee may be deducted.

3. No right of return applies to

  • Opened hygiene items and personal care products;
  • Individually manufactured or personalised products;
  • Wedding products and accessories;
  • Used, damaged or incomplete items;
  • Items showing visible signs of use;
  • Damaged or incomplete original packaging.

4. Return of goods

Returns must be announced in advance by e-mail to info@emvim.com.

Returns are made at the customer’s expense and responsibility. The goods must be packaged securely for transport.

The customer is responsible for any damage or loss occurring during the return if caused by insufficient packaging or an improperly arranged return.

Damaged, used or incomplete returned items may only be refunded partially or may not be refunded at all. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

5. Pre-orders

Products that are temporarily unavailable may be ordered in advance. The expected delivery time is generally up to 14 working days, unless a different delivery period is stated in the product description.

Pre-orders become binding once the order has been confirmed. Any cancellation requires the prior approval of Evim GmbH.

In the event of an approved cancellation, a processing and administrative fee amounting to 20 % of the order value will be charged. Payment, transaction and processing fees actually incurred and not refunded may also be deducted.

After the item has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

The remaining amount will be refunded using the payment method originally used for the order.
